Reasons for joining :  
I joined because not only do I like "Star Wars", but it gives me the opportunity to have fun for a good cause (charity).  (Though it wasn't my initial reason, I figure I'll add this too - I didn't realize that when I joined, I'd also acquire a surrogate family; people that honestly do care for me and would be there for me through thick and thin.  I'm incredibly thankful and fortunate to have met such a wonderful group of people and that just makes me all the more grateful to be CTG.)

FREE COMIC BOOK DAY/WALK WITH ME

They're my favorites because not only were they the first events I trooped in armor, but it was really gratifying to see all those hours of hard work pay off on all the faces of the kids I met at FCB.  Plus, walking through the Mystic Aquarium during the Easter Seals Walk With Me event was super fun.  Spending an entire weekend with such amazing friends makes all the armor bites, lack of peripheral vision and falling off curbs totally worthwhile.
