Reasons for joining :  I have to thank my brother, Mike, for joining the legion. Growing up together we shared most of the same interests. Star Wars was at the heart of this bond which lasted well beyond childhood.  

Everything during those younger days involved Star Wars in some form or another. It was a generation of Star Wars and we were in the middle of it. As life consumed us, school, and eventually new families grew, the Star Wars collection had been packed up.  Star wars was always there, just not in the same capacity. Then Mike shows up one day with a large box of plastic. In it were all the molds for a full scale Stormtrooper armor. Putting that model together brought us back in time. Now we share that love and enthusiasm with a new generation.  In that we had found a great many 


Favorite Event : It wasn't until the Rose Parade that I realized the scale of the 501st organization. Meeting hundreds from across the globe, all sharing the same interest, was energizing to say the least.
